Ok so they were super yummy and kids and hubby enjoyed! And they are picky so that should tell you something! Lol…ok a few tips after making I would suggest, go light on the oil, I used fingers with oil to rub over several at once, my first batch I dipped and they were too oily, also a little seasoning goes a long way on these guys. Seriously just a dash of salt, pepper and garlic no more. Lastly it did not take anywhere near 40 minutes to bake, I checked mine after no more than 15 and they were super crispy and ready! Hope you try it, very easy and delicious for the while family!

Kale chips! Coat bite size pieces of kale in olive oil, sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic optional and bake at 275 or until crispy. Could add red pepper for a kick or serve with hummus to dip. I will post an after pic and let you know how my kiddos and I like them! Fun one for kids to help make, my daughter really enjoyed the dipping in oil part
